Unfortunately, the email forms can only be used if you have an email address set up through Outlook or Outlook Express.
Why do I get a security warning when I submit a form?
The forms are sent via Microsoft Outlook. This is done in the background and is standard practice. Internet Explorer is simply informing you that Outlook is sending the form without asking for permission.
